Recap: Innov8 Insights LIVE 2025

Yesterday, we touched down at one of the most iconic venues in the North – the Concorde Conference Centre at Manchester Airport – for Innov8 Insights LIVE 2025. And what a day it was! 

The event kicked off in style with breakfast and registration, followed by a warm welcome and introduction from our Managing Director, Carl Maher. From there, it was full throttle into a packed agenda designed to inform, inspire, and connect. 

Throughout the day, guests enjoyed: 

  • Partner Panel Sessions featuring insights and expertise from our valued partners. 
  • A thought-provoking session from Sage, exploring the future of finance and innovation.
  • Insight on the world of sport & business – managing change, from England Lacrosse CEO – Mark Coups.
  • Breakout Tech Talks from Chris Housecroft and Selena Morgan, diving into the latest developments in Sage 200 and Sage Intacct. As well as a round of Insights from partners including event sponsors TD Synnex (Microsoft), Phocas, Sicon, Draycir and more…
  • Chris unpacked new functionality and updates for Sage 200 users.
  • Selena explored the implementation process of a Sage Intacct project, as well as unveiling Innov8 Agile – our streamlined approach that enables Sage 50 customers to migrate to Sage Intacct quickly and effectively. 
  • A forward-thinking session from Quadient, on Growing a Business with AI, showcasing how artificial intelligence continues to reshape the way we work. 

Beyond the seminars and tech talks, the day provided a fantastic opportunity for attendees to come together, share ideas, and discover new solutions. The atmosphere was buzzing – with customers, partners, and Innov8ers alike networking, exchanging insights, and having fun. Whether exploring the partner stands, diving into a demo, or catching up over coffee, there was a real sense of community and collaboration throughout the day. 

We rounded off the event with something truly special – a guided tour under the legendary Concorde. Standing beneath the supersonic jet that once flew faster than the speed of sound was the perfect ending to a day dedicated to innovation, technology, and progress.
